正柴胡饮颗粒治疗外感发热的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察正柴胡饮颗粒治疗外感风寒发热的临床疗效。方法将232例外感发热者随机分为两组。治疗组116例给予正柴胡饮颗粒,对照组116例给予清热灵颗粒,疗程3天。结果治疗组的治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.01),尤其对发热、恶寒、头身疼痛等主要症状积分值的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论正柴胡饮颗粒对风寒外感型发热疗效确切。To observe the therapeutic effects of ＂Zhengchaihu Granule＂ in the treatment of exogenous fever, 232 subjects were randomly dividend into twn groups： treatment group in which 116 cases were treated with ＂Zhengehaihu Granule＂ and control group in which 116 cases were treated with ＂Qingreling Granule＂; for three days. Results：The cure rate and total effective rate were higher in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.01）; it was especially effective h）r such symptoms as fever, aversion to cold and body pain. It is indicated that ＂Zhengchaihu Granule＂ has positive effects on exogenous fever.
