摘　　要：介绍了梳理度的不同定义和不同的计算公式、梳凝算式的创建过程和运用方法,指出分梳、转移和除杂作用是梳棉机的关键功能,并举例说明控制产质量的生产实践。Introduction is given to the varieties of definition of carding deg and the arithmetic formula, as well as the background forming the carding agglomeration arithmetic formula and the way of the application. Conclusion is made that carding, transfer and dirt removal are the key index. Production practice controlling throughput and quality is enumerated.
