摘　　要：从轧辊的静强度、静刚度、交变应力与交变应力变形、离心应力与离心应力变形、扭转剪切应力与扭转剪切变形、不均匀温度场引起的热应力与热应力变形以及轧辊的疲劳寿命等方面进行了轧辊失效因素的探讨,并给出了相应的数学计算式,以供使用轧辊机械行业工作者参考。An approach is done into the factors causing the failure of the nip roller regarding the dead intension, dead rigidity, fluctuating stress, deform with fluctuating stress, centrifugal stress, deform with centrifugal stress, distorted shearing stress,deform with distorted shearing stress,thermo stress with temp. misproportion, deform with thermo stress,as well as the fatigue lifetime. Some math formulae are given for information to the craftbrother.
