摘　　要：本文首先介绍了贝叶斯均衡，然后建立了工程招投标博弈模型，在此基础上分别从招标人和投标人的角度进行贝叶斯均衡分析，从而可以指导投标人的投标报价，最后分析了招投标博弈规则的设计。This paper firstly introduced Bayesian equilibrium, then, in the basis of the foundation of the model of tendering, analyzed the Bayesian equilibrium of this model from both points of view of tenderee and tenderer. Finally, it discussed how to design the regulation of tendering.
