摘　　要：井原西鹤是日本江户时代著名的小说家。他所开创的“浮世草子”小说形式,标志着日本小说发展史上的一个重大转折、江户小说的成熟。“浮世草子”通过对当时社会的人情世态的描写,比较真实地反映了江户时代的社会历史面貌及其本质特征,具有一定的认识价值。Saikaku Ihara was a well - known novelist in Japanese Edo Period. ＂Ukiyososhi＂, a style of novel which he created, indicates the ripe of novel in Edo Period, and a big turning point in the development of Japanese novel. By means of depicting the ways of the world of that period, ＂Ukiyososhi＂ reflects rather truly the social historic feature and its essential characteristics, so it has certain value in understanding.
