摘  要:进行了板料的恒压边力和变压边力拉深实验,分析了变压边力拉深工艺对板料拉深性能的影响,得到了不同压边力模式下圆锥形件壁厚的变化规律。结果表明,变压边力拉深工艺能够极大提高板料的极限拉深高度。An adequate blank holding force (BHF) is important for a successful deep-drawing process of steel sheets. In this paper, the experiment of deep-drawing process with a variable BHF and a constant BHF was performed, the effect of variable BHF to deep-drawing process was analyzed and the thickness variation in different BHF patterns was also achieved. It is showed that the limit drawing height could be greatly improved as a variable BHF deep-drawing process was adapted.
