摘　　要：通过分析外注式单体液压支柱大修特点,指出影响支柱大修质量的因素,提出工位器具在应用生产过程中的重要性,并依据工艺装备设计与制作的一般原则,结合实际生产经验,给出工位器具的设计方案、管理方法。Through analyzing the characteristic of individual hydraulic prop in overhauling process, points out the affecting factor and its importance. Aceording to common design philosophy and facture of technical equipment, try to inegrate the actual production experience and give a series of design consideration and office procedure in production process.
