摘　　要：动平衡测试技术是随着旋转机械的制造和使用而提出的。随着计算机技术的发展,利用计算机技术及数字信号处理技术进行动平衡测试已成为可能。该系统在基于虚拟仪器技术的基础上,采用USB芯片结合A/D转换器进行数据采集,开发多功能动平衡测试仪。该系统将信号采集、数据处理、结果显示多种功能集于一身,提高了测试精度同时降低了测试成本。Accompanied with the making and using of the rotary machines, measuring and testing techniques of dynamic balance was put forward. With the development of computer, it has became possible that using computer and digital signals processing technology to carry through the dynamic balancing test. Based on the technique of virtual device , the system which uses USB CMOS chip and A/D commentator to carry through the date collection has explored muhifimetional dynamic balancing testers. It centralizes signals collection, date processing and result displaying, advancing the testing precision and reducing the test coat.
