摘  要:针对渤海某稠油油田聚合物驱研制的破乳剂,开发了一种配套的辅助剂。考察了辅助剂、破乳剂和聚合物的浓度、温度、矿化度、pH值、剪切强度和其它药剂等对破乳剂与辅助剂构成的复合破乳性能的影响和电脱水试验,测定了污水含油率和悬浮固体含量。结果表明:辅助剂不仅能降低破乳刘的使用浓度,改善破乳剂的性能,而且还能够降低污水含油率和悬浮固体含量,改善污水水质。A novel co - deraulsifier was prepared corresponding to the demulsifler of heavy oil for polymer flooding in Bohai oilfield. Influences factors on demulsifi cation of the complex demulsifier were investigated, such as concentration of co - demulsifier, demulsifier and associative polymer, temperature, salinity, pH, shear rate and other chemicals. Additionally, electric dehydration, oil cut of waste water and suspended solid content were also tested. It was shown that concentration of demulsifier was reduced, properties of demulsifier were greatly im proved, and oil cut of waste water and suspended solid content were remarkably decreased owing to the synergis tic effect of co - demulsifier with demulsifier.
