摘　　要：Clinsulf-SDP硫磺回收装置尾气中H2S、SO2含量很低,原有的克劳斯回收装置过程气色谱分析方法不能适应要求。通过多次实验,建立了分析尾气H2S、SO2含量的新方法——用HP4890气相色谱仪分析方法。该方法主要在色谱柱和色谱条件方面较原色谱法有较大的改变,具有快捷准确的特点,适合于生产过程的控制分析。Since H2S and SO2 contents of the tail gas of Clinsulf - SDP sulfur recovery unit are very low, the original chromatographic analysis for process gas in Claus recovery unit has not been able to meet the requirement. Without the existing analysis method, through experiments, method for analyzing H2S and SO2 contents in tail gas with HP4890 gas chromatography was proposed. The method made a big change in the chromatographic column and condition; it is quick and precise, and is suited to the control analysis in the process of production.
