摘  要:目的观察二氧化氯(ClO2)对坑道空气进行消毒的效果,同时测定空气中ClO2浓度及降解时间,为部队进入消毒后房间提供安全依据。方法用撞击法及沉降法同时检测坑道空气消毒前后细菌总数及真菌数,用ClO2空气监测仪(iTX)监测坑道内、外3种类型房间空气中ClO2浓度,观察降解时间。结果(1)坑道房间空气用0.1%C1O2剂量为10 mL.m-3消毒30 min,撞击法及沉降法检测细菌总数分别减少94.6%、93.5%,真菌数分别减少92.1%、89.6%。(2)坑道房间、坑道外平房及密闭房间空气中的ClO2从10 mg.m-3降解至0.3 mg.m-3安全剂量,降解时间分别为961、45及639 min。结论(1)房间密闭性能好,墙面使用不易吸水的材料,ClO2降解速度慢,否则降解较快。(2)以0.1%ClO2剂量为10 mL.m-3用于坑道空气消毒,杀菌效果满意。消毒后96 min,ClO2浓度符合卫生标准,部队及防空人群可以进入,120 min降解完全,进入时更安全。Objective To observe the disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide(ClO2) on the air in tunnel, and to detect its concentration and degradation time, so as to provide the basis for safety of the troops entering the tunnel. Methods To detect the total bacterial count and fungi count of the air in tunnel before and after disinfection with the methods of knock-on and settling process, and to determine the air concentration of ClO2 and its degradation time air in three types of rooms in tunnel or out of it with ClO2 detector (iTX). Results ( 1 ) The total bacterial count with the method of knock-on, and settling process decreased by 94.6%, and 93.5% respectively after disinfection with 10 mg· m^-3 of 0.1% ClO2 for 30 min, and fungi count decreased by 92.1%, and 89.6%. (2) The air concentrations of ClO2 in three types of rooms, including those in tunnel, one-storey room out of tunnel, and the closed ones, declined from 10 mg·m^-3to 0.3 mg·m^-3(the safe dose), and the degradation time was 96 min, 145 min, and 639 rain respectively. Conclusion ( 1 ) ClO2 degrades slower in those closed rooms and with waterproof walls. (2) The disinfection effect of 10 mg· m^-3 of 0.1% ClO2 is satistactory. After 96 mind disinfection, the concentration of ClO2 decreases to which accorols with the sanitary standard for troops and anti-aircraft people to enter into the tunnel, and it is even safer after 120 min of complete degradation.
