摘  要:根据归纳出的建立蓄水拦沙指标体系的基本思路和原则,结合黄土丘陵沟壑区第一、二副区的自然环境要素和社会经济情况,分别建立了丘一区和丘二区水土保持措施的蓄水拦沙指标体系,其中淤地坝的拦泥指标与坝地面积建立了指数函数关系。将所建蓄水拦沙指标体系应用于属于丘一区的三川河流域,计算结果表明,20世纪70年代以来三川河流域水土保持措施蓄水拦沙效益较为显著,尤其是80年代和90年代,其拦沙效益和蓄水效益大幅度提高,这与水土保持措施工程量的增长幅度基本一致,与实际情况比较接近。但所建指标体系的适用性还需作进一步的检验。The basic train of thought and the principle of the index system were summarized.In combination with the natural environment and social economy of the gullied hilly loess region,an index system for water storage and silt detention was developed in the first and the second sub-region of the gullied hilly loess region, and the exponential relationship between silt detention index of silt storage dam and the area of muddy land controlled by the dam was obtained.The application of the index system to Sanchuanhe River Basin in the first sub-region of the gullied hilly loess region shows that the effect of water storage and silt detention is evident since 1970s,and especially,it is greatly improved in 1980s and 1990s.The calculated results accord with the increment of workload for water and soil conservation,and also agree with the reality.However,the suitability of the index system developed in the study needs to be further verified.
