摘 要:分别采用热和紫外光辐射引发合成胆固醇的非共价型M IPs,评价了不同M IPs的吸附特性,以合成的2种M IPs为免疫吸附剂,优化吸附和洗脱条件,对血液、蛋黄、牛奶等生物样品进行免疫吸附。结果表明,M IPs可有效萃取3种生物样品中的胆固醇,其中对血清的效果最好,蛋黄的效果最差。紫外光引发M IPs对胆固醇的回收率明显高于常规的C18柱萃取法。Non-covalent molecular imprinted polymers (MIP) of cholesterol were prepared from its reaction with methacrylic acid(MAA), ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) and azobisisobutyronitrile(A1BN) v/a thermal and UV polymerization. The binding capability and selectivity of the different polymers for cholesterol were studied. The polymers were used as immunosorbents for the Selective enrichment of cholesterol in different biological samples( serum, milk and yolk) under optimal loading, washing and eluting conditions. Resuhs show that MIPs can selectively recognize and separate cholesterol in all three biological samples. The rate of recovery of cholesterol from serum was the highest, while that from yolk was the lowest. Compared with C18 SPE, the UV initiated MIPs show higher recovery than C18 for cholesterol in the sample.
