摘　　要：介绍新建1.4 Mt/a加氢裂化装置的开工、运行情况以及装置两次满负荷的标定结果。装置的生产运行及标定结果表明:单段双剂串联一次通过加氢工艺是成功的,各主要指标达到了设计要求;新型国产催化剂ZHC-01的大规模工业化应用,表明该装置运行良好,催化剂ZHC-01性能优良,3936/ZHC-01/ZTS-03催化剂级配合理。Presents the startup,operation and calibration results of twice full load operation of the newly-built 1.4?Mt/a hydrocracking plant.It is indicated by the production and calibration results that it is successful for two catalysts in single section to pass through hydrocracking plant in one time with each main index reaching the designed requirements.The large scale commercial application of the new home-made catalyst ZHC-01 shows that the plant operates well,ZHC-01 has good performance and that catalysts 3936/ZHC-01/ZJS-03 are reasonably matched.
