摘　　要：基于16SrRNA/DNA分析的实验技术为微生物生态学的研究提供了新的研究方法,从而在微生物多样性、微生物种群分析、重要基因的发现以及遗传物质在微生物之间或微生物与植物之间的水平转移对生态系统的影响等方面都取得了很好的研究进展。The 16SrRNA/DNA technique has offered the new approach to research on microbial ecology. On the basis of the method, some considerable progress has been made in some aspects such as microbes diversity, microbes population analyses, discovery of some importment genes, and effect on ecosystem of horizontal movement of hereditary property between the microbes or between microbes and plants.
