摘　　要：通过对导弹研制特点的分析，提出了导弹系统级综合环境可靠性增长试验设计，采用可靠性鉴定试验的定时截尾试验设计的方法，按Ｄｕａｎｅ增长模型进行可靠性监控和评估。试验结果证明，这种技术效果显著，值得推广应用。This paper analyses the developing characterstics of missiles and then provides a design plan of the combined environment reliability growth test for a missile system level. It adopts a fixed-duration test design plan of a reliability qualification test. Moreover, the Duane growth mode is used in the reliability monitering and evaluation. The result of applying the technology to a missile system level testing shows that it offers distinct advantages and is worth spreading out and applying.
