摘 要:在10kHz频率级上,用李萨茹图形法测量了介质阻挡放电连续处理装置的放电功率;分析了低频介质阻挡放电的电压分布;研究了氩气以及氩气分别与氮气、氢气和氧气混合后的气体成分、气流量对放电效果的影响;系统测量分析了气体放电时的最大转变电压以及相应的极板充电电流、放电功率和功率密度随气隙厚度的变化。By means of Lissajous figures, discharge power of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) was measured at the frequency of 10 kHz in a continuous-treatment equipment, and the distribution of voltage between the two electrode plates was analyzed. The effect of flow rate and its composition of argon and its mixture of nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen on the discharge were investigated. The variations of electrical parameters such as the maximum shift voltage, the corresponding charge current to electrode plates, the corresponding discharge power and its density, with the changes of gap breadth were systematically measured and analyzed.
