摘  要:采用力学试验及金相显微镜、透射电镜、能谱仪等微观分析手段,研究了09CuPTiRE耐候钢的显微特征及其对强韧性的影响.结果表明,保持与09CuPTiRE耐候钢相近的化学成分、纯洁度和均匀性,采用合适的两相区多道次控轧和25~15℃/s控冷工艺方法,控制较低的终轧温度和卷取温度,可以获得具有良好强韧性能的显微组织,大幅度地提高钢的强韧性指标,其屈服强度大于378 MPa,-40℃ V型缺口的冲击功大于60J,超过了Q345GNH的水平.The microstructure and its effect on toughening of weathering steel 09CuPTiRE have been investiga- ted by means of mechanical testing and microstructural analysis such as metallographical microscope, transmission electron microscope, and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that good toughening microstructure can be obtained by keeping similar chemical compositions, cleanliness and homogeneity, using appropriate multiple-pass controlled rolling in dual phase and 25 - 15 ℃/s controlled cooling process, and controlling lower finishing temperature and coiling temperature. The toughening points are raised greatly. The yield strength is more than 378 MPa and impact energy at -40℃ is more than 60 J, which exceeds those of Q345GNH steel.
