摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人β2糖蛋白1第一结构域(hrβ2GPⅠDⅠ)对抗磷脂抗体综合征(APS)患者血清诱导人脐静脉内皮细胞产生细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP1)的影响。方法:应用hrβ2GPⅠDⅠ二聚体处理前后的APS患者血清分别与人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)共孵育,细胞ELISA和RTPCR方法分析处理前后HUVEC表达ICAM1、MCP1的变化。结果:hrβ2GPⅠDⅠ二聚体处理后的APS患者血清较处理前相比,与其孵育的HUVEC表达ICAM1、MCP1在蛋白和mRNA水平均明显降低。结论:hβ2GPⅠDⅠ可中和APS患者血清中的大部分致病性抗β2GPⅠ抗体(anti-β2GPⅠ)。Objective： To investigate the effect of human recombinant β2-glycoprotein-1 domain I （ hrβ2- GP Ⅰ D Ⅰ ） on expression of Intercellular adhesion molecular-1 （ ICAM-1 ） and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 （ MCP-1 ） in human umbilical cord vein endothelial cells（HUVEC） induced by sera from anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome（APS） patients. Methods：hrβ2-GP Ⅰ D Ⅰ treated and untreated sera from APS patients were incubated with HUVEC, the change of ICAM-1 and MCP-1 expressed by HUVEC were analyzed using cell-ELISA and RT-PCR. Results：Compared with the untreated one, the hrβ2-GP Ⅰ D Ⅰ treated sera from APS patients significantly decreases the membranous protein and mRNA expression of ICAM-1 and MCP-1 in HUVEC. Conclusion：hrβ2-GP Ⅰ D Ⅰ could neutralize the pathogenic anti-β2-GP I antibody in sera of APS patients mostly.
