摘 要:将气体扩散电极应用在电催化苯加氢反应中,通过测定电流效率,分析了气体扩散电极的制备因素对其电化学性能的影响。考察了反应温度对苯加氢反应速度和析氢反应速度的影响,推算出苯加氢反应和析氢反应的表观活化能;考察了电解液硫酸的浓度、苯蒸汽的浓度、增湿水蒸气的浓度、载气流速等对电极性能的影响,并确定最佳的外界实验操作条件。应用气体扩散电极前后的反应电流对比表明,气体扩散电极能够有效地提高反应速度。Gas diffusion electrode was applied to the system of electrocatalytic hydrogenation of benzene. The effects of the preparation conditions and operation conditions on the performance of gas diffusion electrode were investigated by evaluating the efficiency of electricity. Also, the apparent activation energy of the reaction of hydrogenation of benzene and the reaction of production of hydrogen was figured out respectively based on the experimental data. The optimal conditions were ascertained by investigating the effects of temperature, acidity, benzene, vapor and fluid rate of N2 on the performance of gas diffusion electrode. The conclusion can be drawn that gas diffusion electrode can improve the reaction rate effectively by contrasting the electricity of the reaction in which gas diffusion electrode is applied and gas diffusion electrode is not applied.
