摘　　要：从合金化过程中Si未充分溶解与扩散、Ai-Si中间合金中的初晶硅、熔炼温度、合金含Si量及均匀程度、铸造工艺等五个方面,阐述了它们对初晶硅尺寸的影响。The papers explains the effects of the size of primary silicon from five aspects, which are silicon isn＇ t ample dissolution and diffusion in the process of alloying,the primary silicon in Al-Si interalloy, melting temperature, the content of silicon and welldistributed degree in alloy, the technological factor of cast.
