摘 要:排除船用无刷发电机转子励磁发电机电枢三相绕组、旋转整流二极管故障,需要对发电机进行解体,属于船舶大修,而转子无故障时进行解体人力物力浪费极大.根据转子主要故障的计算机仿真和模拟试验论证,得出主励磁机励磁电流主要谐波含量和波形变化规律,根据这些规律和示波器的检测可成功判断无刷发电机转子动态故障.以嫩江轮和天目山轮发电机故障检修为例,验证了该方法的实用性.Disassembling the brushless generator to deal with the problem of the three phase coil of the exciter rotator and the commutating diode belongs to major overhauling and the manpower and the material resources are wasted if no fault at all. According to the computer simulation and experiments, principles have been found of main harmonic concentration and waveform change of exciting current from the major exciter. Based on this, we can judge faults of rotator of blushless generator and detect the oscillogram successfully. The tests are taken on board of Nenjiang and Tianmushan.
