摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮药物流产(药流)失败与Fas/FasL的关系。方法选取要求终止妊娠孕8周妇女,自愿选择药流或人工流产两种方法,分为负压吸引组、药流失败组、药流完全组各20例。收集三组蜕膜组织采用免疫组织化学染色检测Fas/FasL的表达及图像分析仪定量分析。结果药流失败组及负压吸引组Fas、FasL表达显著低于药流完全组(P<0.01)。结论米非司酮通过促进Fas/FasL的表达以诱导蜕膜细胞凋亡,流产发生,药流失败与蜕膜细胞Fas/FasL的异常表达有关。Objective： To study the relationship between the of Fas/FasL in the decidua. ineffective mifepristone abortion and the expression Methods： Healthy pregnant women requesting termination, aged 18 - 40 years, with gestational age less than 8 weeks were recruited. Medical or surgical abortion was chosen at women＇s own will. The women were divided into three groups according to the method and the outcome： surgical （vacuum aspira- tion） group, complete mifepristone abortion and ineffective mifepristone abortion, and 20 for each group. Decidua was collected, fixed in formalin and embedded in paraffin. The expression of Fas/FasL was detected by immunohistochemical staining and analyzed with a digital imaging system. Results： Fas/FasL expression level in the decidua of the surgical group and ineffective mifepristone group was similar, but lower than that in the complete mifepristone abortion group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： Mifepristone induces apoptosis of decidua cell by enhancing Fas/FasL expression, and the ineffective abortion is related to the abnormal Fas/FasL expression.
