摘　　要：目的观察8-甲氧补骨脂素乳膏对动物皮肤的毒性作用。方法用健康新西兰兔进行皮肤刺激性试验;用健康豚鼠进行皮肤刺激和致敏试验。结果8-甲氧补骨脂素乳膏对新西兰兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激性,对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论8-甲氧补骨脂素乳膏皮肤局部用药对实验动物具有较好的安全性。Objective： To determine the toxic, effect of 8 - methoxypsoralen cream on skin. Methods： The cutaneous irritation experiment was carried out on the health New Zealand rabbit, and the skin hypersensitive experiment was carried out on health guinea pig. Results： No irritation of 8 - methoxypsoralen cream on the integral or damaged skin of New Zealand rabbit was observed. Sensitization effect on the skin of guinea pig was not found. Conclusion： Topical use of 8 - methoxypsoralen cream on the animal skin is safe.
