摘 要:目的分析交通事故所致的颈椎损伤的基本特点。方法回顾性分析我科收治的181例交通事故致颈椎损伤的临床资料,其中上颈椎66例(36.5%),下颈椎115例(63.5%)。168例(93%)合并多发伤,以颅脑及胸伤多见。结果本组总死亡率为3.3%。车撞人时,颈椎损伤发生率明显低于其他事故;行人的发生率低于驾乘人员,驾驶员的发生率则低于20%。结论对交通事故致颈椎损伤的普遍性、复杂性及其不良预后应受得重视。Objective To study the character of cervical vertebrae injuries caused by road traffic accidents. Methods Clinical data of 181 cases with cervical vertebrae injuries were reviewed retrospectively. Upper-cervical vertebrae injuries was found in 66 cases ( 36.5% ) , and lower-cervical vertebrae injuries in 115 cases ( 63.5% ). Multiple traumas was found in 110 cases (93%), which dominated by craniocerebral and thoraco-cardiac injury. Results The total death rate were 3.3% (6/181 ). It showed that cervical vertebrae injuries induced by vehicle dashing occurred less than others types of traffic accidents. The incidence of cervical vertebrae injury of pedestrians was less than that found in drivers and passengers. The incidence of cervical vertebrae injury found in drivers was less than 20%. Conclusion Much attention should be paid to cervical vertebral column injuries because of its high morbidity and poor prognosis.
