摘 要:利用整体犬急性心肌缺血再灌注模型,在心肌缺血后再灌注前运用镁盐,观察镁盐对心肌组织超微结构的影响。电镜下可见再灌组的再灌注区心肌组织超微结构病变较单纯性缺血更严重,表现为大部分肌原纤维溶解,呈凝固性坏死,大部分肌节结构消失;且血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)水平升高更明显,71.4%的犬发生再灌注性心律失常。镁盐组的再灌注区心肌组织超微结构病变明显减轻,仅见心肌细胞轻度水肿及线粒体肿胀,血清CPK水平降低,无一只犬发生再灌注性心律失常。n acute myocardial ischemiareperfusion model in dog was established.The effect of magnesium salfate(MgSO 4) on ultrastructure in myocardial ischemiareperfusion was observed.The ultrastructural damage of perfusion area of reperfusion group was much severe than that of ischemic group,showing disruption of myofibrils with contraction band necrosis,and loss of major sarcomeres.Concurrently,the plasma CPK was elevated progressively,and 71 4% of dogs appeared to have reperfusion arrhythmia.Whereas in MgSO 4 treated group,the ultrastructural changes were much milder,showing slight intracellular edema and swelling of mitochondria and decreased CPK ( P <0 001),without reperfusion arrhythmia seen in any dog.These data suggest that magnesium may have protective effect on myocardium in ischemiareperfusion.
