摘　　要：对某型号镉镍蓄电池控制盒进行了故障树的定性和定量分析，得到了故障树的结构函数和控制盒失效概率的计算模型。分析结果对该产品的设计及实际使用中的故障判别与处理，对类似产品的设计与故障分析具有一定的参考价值。A failure tree analysis characteristically and numericallyon a Cd-Ni battery control box of some item is presented in this thesis,and a calculating model for structural function of the failure tree and loseefficacy probability of the control box is set up, which have some referencevalue for the design and practical failure judgement and failure dispositionof this product,also for the design and failure analysis of similar products.
