摘　　要：教学质量是高等院校的生命线,建立一套完整的规范化的教学质量监控与评估体系是保障高等院校教学质量的重要手段。从ISO9000标准要求和中国人民公安大学的本科教学质量的现状来看,只有坚持以教学评估为导向,在教学质量监控和评估等方面不断进行探索和研究,建立并完善学校的监控管理制度,才能构建适应公安高等教育教学改革需要的教学质量监控与评估体系。Teaching quality is a lifeline of the higher institution. It is, to ensure the quality, important means of teaching of higher institution to set up a set of intact and standardized teaching quality control and the evaluation system. According to ISO9000 and the current situation of the undergraduate course teaching quality of Chinese People＇s Public Security University, only insist on teaching, learning and commenting three as the direction, constantly explore and study the teaching quality control and such as teaching, learning and commenting three aspects, etc. To set up and perfect the control management system of the school, then structure teaching quality control and evaluation system to meet the reform of public security higher education.
