摘　　要：巴基斯坦人民党是巴基斯坦政坛上一支重要的政治力量,曾经先后四次执政共12年。在人民党的执政历程中,70年代佐勒菲卡尔·阿里·布托政权对巴基斯坦政治发展的影响尤为突出。佐勒菲卡尔.阿里.布托政权的兴衰深受巴基斯坦特殊国情的影响和制约,而这些因素对其他政党的发展也发挥着同样的影响力。因此,研究70年代人民党的执政状况是分析巴基斯坦政治、透视巴基斯坦特殊国情的一个重要个案。As an important branch of political power in the stage of Pakistan, the Populist Party of Pakistan came into power four times, lasting for 12 years. During the period of its reign, the political power of Zul fikarAliBhutto exerted a significant influence on the development of Pakistan politics in the 1970s. The rise and decline of the political power of Zul fikarAliBhutto was deeply influenced and restricted by its special national conditions, which exerted the same influence on the development of other parties.
