摘　　要：目的:探讨中药洋金花对大鼠癫痫模型惊厥潜伏期及海马神经元的影响。方法:通过洋金花原生粉灌胃给药,记录美解眠诱发大鼠出现Ⅰ￣Ⅱ级惊厥行为的潜伏期及动物死亡数,并对给药20d后的大鼠脑组织切片进行观察。结论:洋金花可延长美解眠诱发大鼠惊厥的潜伏期,降低大鼠死亡率,并且对海马神经元起保护作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Yangjinhua on convulsionary delitescence and hippocampus neuron of epileptic model rats. Methods：Epileptic model rats were given Yangjinhua proto-powder through stomach perfusing. Then the convulsionary delitescence of rats＇ Ⅰ - Ⅱ periods caused by bemegride and the number of dead rats were recorded. After 20 days treatment, the rats＇ brain tissue sections were observed. Conclusion：Yangjinhua could prolong the convulsionary delitescence of rats caused by bemegride, reduce rats＇ death rate and protect hippocampus neuron.
