摘　　要：2006年2月银行间外汇市场保持平稳运行，外币买卖市场成交量略有下降。以做市商为代表的市场因素在人民币汇率决定中的作用增强，人民币在有涨有跌的波动中小幅升值，但总体基本稳定。In February 2006, the interbank FX market maintained its steady performance, with the tumover in the interbank foreign currency pairs market declining slightly. Market factors represented by market markers played an increasingly significant role in RMB exchange rate formation; RMB experienced moderate appreciation amid ups and downs, but remained stable on the whole.
