克障饮延缓D一半乳糖白内障的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察克障饮对实验性大白鼠糖性白内障的作用。方法：将６０只６周龄大白鼠分为３组，分别用不同剂量的克障饮与水灌胃，并对照观察腹腔注射５０％Ｄ一半乳糖后大白鼠晶体混浊的发生时间与程度。结果：发生晶体混浊的时间对照组比治疗组要早，发生晶体混浊的程度对照比治疗组重。结论：克障饮有延缓大白鼠糖性白内障的发生和减轻糖性白内障程度的作用。OBJECTIVES:To observe the effect of kezhangyin in postponing the onset of cat-aract of rats indueed by D-galatose.METHODS:Sixty rats aged 6 weeks were divided into 3groups,and were administrated with kezhangyin at two different dose and water.Observe the oc-curring time and the extent of opaque in lens of rat after intraperitoneal injection of 50 % D-galatose.RESULTS:The onset time of cataract in control group was earlier than that inkezhangyin group,and the extent was smaller than that in treatment groups.CONCIUSION:Kezhangyin can postpone the occurring of rats cataract induced by galatose and lessen the extentof lens opaque.
