葛根素注射液治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞临床研究

摘　　要：目的：研究葛根素注射液对视网膜中央动脉阻塞的治疗作用。方法：葛根素组应用葛根素注射液对１２７例（１３３只眼）视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者进行了治疗，并与应用常规药物治疗和葛根素溶媒的对照组进行了对照研究。结果：葛根素组的视力增进明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５；Ｐ＜０．００１）；治疗后视网膜循环时间比治疗前明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．００１）；血液的血球压积、全血比粘度、红细胞电泳时间、纤维蛋白原等指标以及暗适应白光与红先视网膜电图、振荡电位、红光视网膜电图α波谷数等与治疗前比较有明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５；Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：葛根素注射液可以明显改善视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者的视力。OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of gegensu injection in treatment of central retinalartery occlusion,METHODS: As gegensu group,127 patients(133 eyes)with central retinal arteryocclusinn were treated with gegensu injection,and were compared with control grups,one ofwhich were treated with common medicine,and other with gegensu solvent.RESULTS:Compari-son of improvement of visual acuity showed gegensu group was more than both control groups(P< 0.05,P< 0.001)).After treatment the time of retinal circulation was shortened compared withinitial time(P<0.001),packed cell volume,specific viscosity of whole blood,electrophoresis timeof erythrocyte,fibrinogen,electroretinogram of red light and white lihgt in dark adaptaton,fibrinogen,and number of a-wave of electroretinogram in red light had an improvement(P<0.05,P<0.01). CONCLUSION:Gegensu injectinn may obviously improve visual acuity ofpatients with central retinal artery occlusion.
