摘　　要：阐述了双电源转换开关ATSE的定义、分类、结构形式、相关标准、主要性能指标；分析了根据不同配电系统的要求ATSE的选择；剖析了转换开关与控制器的相互依存关系；提出了ATSE在设计应用中的技术要点。The paper expounds the definition, form of construction, the related standards and the main performance. It analyzes the selection of ATSE according different requirements of power distribution system and the interdependent relationship between transfer switch and controller. The technical main points in the design application of ATSE is puts forward as well.
