摘　　要：本文分析了自动转换开关电器ATSE的转换动作时间、总动作时间的概念，根据系统特点，对上下级ATSE在动作时间上的配合进行探讨。The paper analyzes the concept about operating transfer time and total operating time of ATST, and discusses the combination of the operating time between the upper and low class of ATSE according to the characteristics of the system.
