摘　　要：目的了解花都区服务行业从业人员的健康状况。方法收集2004年体检对象相关资料和血清标本,进行丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、乙肝血清标志物(HBVM)和肠道致病菌的检测。结果2004年服务行业从业人员中检测结果异常率为9.03%;其中HBsAg阳性人数占检测结果异常者的85.89%。结论花都区服务行业从业人员检测结果异常中以HBsAg阳性占首位,应加强对易感人群的乙肝预防健康教育及乙肝疫苗的预防接种。Objective To survey the health condition of theservice industry workers in Huadu District, Methods Sera samples were collected from the workers in the service industry in 2004 for the detection of HBVM, ALT and pathogenic enterobacteria. Results The detection rate in 2004 was 9,03% respective. The HBsAg （＋） rate in 2004 was 85.89% respectively. Conclusion HBsAg （＋） rate is the highest amount the tests. Health education and vaccination HBV should be promoted and implemented for the workers in service industry in Huadu District.
