摘 要:叙述高铬白口铸铁件冒口设计程序和浇注系统的计算方法。以R.C.Creese的计算冒口公式为基础,以杂质泵泵壳为例,说明求解冒口尺寸的过程。介绍常用的几种强化冒口补缩的措施:采用保温冒口;浇注系统通过冒口;以及一个冒口补缩多个铸件。用所介绍的方法设计的保温冒口生产泵壳,铸件致密性良好。The riser design procedure and gating system calculation method of hi-chromium white cast iron castings was described. Based on the expression proposed by R.C.Creese for calculating the volume of the riser, and taking the riser design for a slurry pump housing as an example, the procedure of how determine riser dimensions was demonstrated. Some useful measures to intensify feeding effect of riser were introduced including: using thermally insulated riser; gating through riser; as well as using one riser to feed several castings. The riser designed such way has been applied to produce the castings, and result showed that the castings were satisfactorily sound.
