摘 要:研究低铬铸铁中w(Cr)量对其耐腐蚀性影响,简述试验过程方法,分析Cr在铸铁中耐蚀机理,确定最佳化学成分设计。试验及分析表明,w(Cr)量的增加一定程度地提高铸铁耐高温浓硫酸腐蚀的能力。Cr的加入量(质量分数)控制在1.2%~2.0%,使腐蚀速率低于1.0g/m2·h,基体有足够的耐蚀能力。The influence of Cr content on corrosion resistance of low Cr cast iron was investigated. Test process and method was described. The mechanism of corrosion resisting effect of Cr in cast iron was analyzed, and the optimal composition design was determined. Test and analysis showed that in some degree, the corrosion resistance of cast iron was increased with increasing of Cr content, Cr addition amount should be kept in the range of 1,2%-2.0% to ensure that the corrosion rate is to be lower than 1.0 g/m^2·h, and the matrix having enough corrosion capacity.
