摘  要:目的:分析测定广西不同产地及不同品种芒果叶与芒果枝条中芒果苷的含量。方法:采用LunaC18(2)柱(5μm,4.6mmID×250mm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(30∶70),流速为1ml/min,检测波长为258nm。结果:芒果苷在0.132-2.630μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999),平均回收率为99.36%,RSD=1.3%(n=6)。结论:不同产地及品种芒果叶与枝条中芒果苷的含量存在较大差异。Objective: To analyze and determine the content of mangiferin in leaves and branches between the manggoes from different producing area and breeds. Methods: Luna C18 (2) (5 μm, 4.6 mm ID × 250 mm ) ; mobile phase: formaldehyde - 0.1% phosphoric acid(30 : 70); flow rate: 1ml /min; detective wavelength: 258 nm. Results: There was good leaner relationship between the samples and peak area of mangiferin within the range of 0. 132 - 2.630μg (r = 0.99999); the average recovery rate was 99.36%, RSD1.3% (n = 6) . Conclusions: There are great difference of mangiferin between the manggoes in leaves and branches from different producing area and breeds.
