摘  要:在求解冷负荷启动中的配电网馈线供电恢复问题时引入了离散粒子群优化算法并对该算法进行了改进。改进后的算法考虑了早熟收敛问题并采用自适应变异方法提高了粒子的多样性,从而有效地跳出了局部最优值位置并收敛于全局最优解。算例结果表明,改进后的算法对于制定冷负荷启动中的配电网馈线逐步恢复供电策略是非常有效的。Here, discrete particle swam optimization algorithm is introduced to solve the problem of optimal restoration of distribution feeders during cold load pickup. On this basis an improved discrete particle swam optimization (IDPSO) algorithm is proposed, in which the premature convergence in discrete particle swam algorithm is considered and by use of adaptive mutation the diversity of particles are improved, thus the proposed algorithm effectively avoids local optima and converges to global optimal solution, The results of calculation examples show that the proposed algorithm is efficient for solving the stepwise restoration of distribution feeders during cold load pickup.
