80例脑脓肿手术治疗的回顾分析

摘　　要：本文对80例脑脓肿进行了回顾性分析,其中发生脑疝例。后者9例仅行我院自制的有槽手锥锥颅脓肿抽吸术(AADTA),其余17例行施AADTA缓解脑疝后再作脓肿切除术(AE),死亡率为15％。结果表明,AADTA与AE有机结合不失为一种处理脑脓肿脑疝的有效方法。In the report 80 patients of brain absces were analysed with retrospection.Twenty six brain hernias occured in the patients.Nine patients of the brain herniation were only operated by absces aspiration driling on skull with trough awl(AADTA) made in our hospital.After other 17 relieved the brain herniation by AADTA,absces excisions (AE) were carried out.Mortality was 15%.It is shown that the united use of AADTA and AE is an effective method treated the brain herniation of brain at-sces.
