摘　　要：文章从我国公共图书馆的历史和现状出发对其定位作了置评,分析了在这样定位之下图书馆的诸如“差别服务”之类现象。评述了“21世纪新图书馆运动”。The paper comments on the fixed position of public library of our country from whose history and present conditions and analyzes the phenomenon of library under the fixed position such as ＂difference service＂. New library movement of the 21 st century is commented also in this paper.
