民间资本在美国体育场馆融资中的作用探析

摘　　要：探讨了民间资本在美国体育场馆的运营以及促进融资渠道多样化中所起到的重要作用,指出民间资本之所以能够发挥这样的作用,正是由于美国体育产业得到充分发展、政府进行了有效立法的结果。并对我国体育场馆建设拓宽融资渠道提出建设。This article explores the role played by private capital in the operateon of the stadiums and the promotion of financing diversification. It also points out that it is because the mature sport industry and the govemment legislation that the private capital is able to play such an important role. Finally, it also explores the inspiration we can get from the stadium financing models of the US,This will be of great singificance to the diversification of stadium financing in China.
