摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠女性外周血激活素A及卵泡休止素水平变化的关系。方法:采用高敏感度、特异性激活素A及卵泡休止素放射免疫测定(R IA)法,分析妊娠女性外周血激活素A水平与卵泡休止素水平变化规律。结果:利用R IA法检测正常妊娠女性血中激活素A水平变化显示,随孕龄的增加,激活素A水平逐渐升高;卵泡休止素水平与激活素A水平变化相似,也随孕龄增加趋势;对激活素A及卵泡休止素水平变化的相关性分析表明,两者具有明显的正相关,r=0.88。结论:妊娠女性外周血激活素A与卵泡休止素水平变化与孕龄有关,两者的水平变化呈正相关。Objective： To investigate the relationship of activin A and follistatin in serum from pregnant women. Methods： The change regularity of serum activin A and follistatin was detected by radioimmunoassay （RIA） with high sensitivity and specificity. Results： Avtivin A in serum from pregnant women detected by RIA increased gradually with gestational weeks and follistatin had the same tendency, analysis of the correlation between activin A and follistatin showed distinct positive correlation, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 88. Conclusion： The change of activin A and foUistatin in serum has relationship with gestational weeks, presenting positive correlation.
