摘　　要：目前,全球受到传染病和非传染病的双重威胁,为了对不同疾病的危害进行综合的评价,以达到公平、合理、有效地分配有限卫生资源,确定优先发展的卫生领域及优先解决的卫生问题,世界卫生组织及各国政府正致力于疾病负担的研究。该文主要对疾病负担研究中失能调整寿命年(DALY)的引入、构成和国内外研究现状进行综述,虽然DALY较全面地综合了疾病、伤残、死亡对人的影响,但一个真正的疾病负担应包括患者周围支持环境的负担情况,它的一些参数仍存在技术缺陷,还需要对DALY进一步完善。People＇s health in the world is threatened by the infection diseases and the non-infection diseases now. To evaluate the different diseases comprehensively and distribute the finite medical resource equity, reasonable, efficiency, aim to confirm the priorities of the health fields and the health questions must be resolved firstly,WHO and the governments in many countries concentrate on research on the burden of disease （BOD）. This article summarizes the introducing,composing of the Disability Adjusted of Life Year （DALY）, the research evolves in the internal and external.Although the DALY summarizes the influence of the disease,disability and the death to the human beings,a real BOD must include the burden that support environment to the patient. There are some technology limitations in the indictor＇s parameter so we should keep on studying and consummating it.
