摘 要:①对多维机械可靠性设计方法进行系统的研究,对可能存在的各种情况进行分析并提出处理意见,将多维可靠性设计转化为求解非线性方程组,然后用数值方法求解。②对一般可靠性设计方法进行分析,指出其存在的不足。③提出了剩余可靠度的概念,建立了以剩余可靠度之和-总的剩余可靠度为极小化目标函数,可靠性条件和边界条件为约束的机械可靠性优化设计的数学模型,编制了相应的计算机程序。④对过盈联结的可靠性优化设计进行了研究,用实例验证了研究结果的正确性。( 1 )A systematic study based on multidimensional reliability design for machine is made, different circumstances that can be encountered in design are analyzed, and a way to handle them is found, multidimensional reliability design is reduced to solve nonlinear equations by numerical method. (2)The general reliability design method is analyzed, its defects are pointed out. (3) The conception of surplus reliability is offered, taking the sum of surplus reliability as the minimization objective function and both the reliability and boundary conditions as the constraint conditions a mathematical model of reliability and optimum design for machine is derived, and a corresponding computer program is also worked out. (4) Reliability and optimum design for interference fit are thoroughly analyzed, and the research results are tested and verified with an example.
