摘  要:全球经济一体化,要求制造系统能够满足多品种、变批量的市场需求。面向产品族设计的可重构制造系统,兼顾了数控加工中心的柔性强和刚性生产线效率高的优点,同时具有良好的经济性,是满足大批量定制要求的最佳模式。可重构制造技术包括产品可重构、工艺可重构、制造装备可重构和生产系统可重构等四个层面。可重构制造系统的设计,无论是在设备层、还是在系统层,都需要采用模块化的结构设计思想,以及基于总线技术和开放式控制原理的监测与控制设计。对可重构制造系统的建模评价,需要从全寿命周期对系统的重构时间与重构成本,系统的可转换性、开放性与可诊断性,模块的可集成性与系统的可靠性等方面,进行综合建模与评价。The development of Reconfigurable Manufacturing for a certain product family is investigated with a review of progress of manufacturing mode to meet the need of the industry promotion. It is revealed that Reconfigurable Manufacturing is the most suitable mode in the global economic era with mass customization production. To realize reconfigurable manufacturing, not only the products and their processes, but also manufacturing equipment and production system should be designed with reconfigurable strategies. For either the cxecutivc units or the whole production system, the modular design principle should be used in structure design, and the open structure strategy should be accepted in design of control or monitoring system. To assess the Reconfigurable Manufacturing system, the life cycle assess-ment method should be used to take following factors into account: the reconfigure time and cost as compared with a reconstructed system, system flexibility and reliability, product quality and updating possibility, system transferability and diagnostic properties. The contravention parameters, such as the reliability and flexibility, should be fully analyzed so as to optimize the whole Reconfigurable Manufacturing system.
