摘　　要：目的观察葡萄糖毒性对初诊的糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法观察60例新诊断的糖尿病患者治疗前后空腹胰岛素、空腹胰岛素原水平。结果随血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平的下降,空腹胰岛素上升、空腹胰岛素原水平下降,比较差异均有统计学意义。结论葡萄糖毒性对胰岛β细胞功能有影响,控制血糖可改善胰岛β细胞功能。Objective To investigate the effect of glucotoxicity on islet β - cell function in first visit patients with type 2 diabetic. Methods Sixty cases of new type 2 diabetic patients with poor glycemic level[ fasting blood glucose（FBG） 〉 15mmol/L, postprandial 2h blood glucose （PG2h） 〉 20mmol/L, GHbAI c 〉 10.0% ] were selected. Fasting insulin （ FIN ） and fasting pminsulin（FPI） were measured to express β -cell function before and after therapy. Results Glycemic level decreased, while β -cell function increased with significant differences. Conclusion Glucotoxicity may affect islet β - cell function and glycemic control may improve islet β- cell function,
