摘 要:基于皮球集流涡轮流量计与放射性密度-持水率计组合仪在油气水三相流流动环中的动态测量结果,建立了预测三相流总流量的涡轮流量计物理模型,该模型考虑了等效“气液”滑脱速度及流型影响。由于流型转变与两相流运动波传播特性密切相关,还提出了基于“气液”两相流运动波传播速度特征的流型划分准则,并利用该准则在不同流型区域内提取了气相漂移速度及相分布系数2个重要的流动特性参数。最后,将研究所得的三相流流动特性与涡轮流量计物理模型相结合,给出了具有较高精度的三相流总流量预测结果,表明利用集流型涡轮流量计仍然可以有效地测量油气水三相流总流量。Based on the dynamic measurement results of turbine flowmeter and radioactive water holdup-densitometer combination tool with an inflatable concentrating diverter in oil/gas/water three-phase flow loop, we established a turbine flowmeter physical model to predict the total three-phase flowrate, which considered the effects of equivalent "gas/liquid" slip velocity and flow patterns. Considering the close relationship beween flow pattern variations and kinematic wave propagation characteristcs of two-phase flow, this study proposed a flow pattern identification criterion based on the propagation speed features of kinematic wave of "gas/liquid" two-phase flow,and applied the criterion to extract important gas phase drift velocity and phase distribution coefficient. Finally, we combined the three-phase flow characteristcs with the tubine flowmeter physical model, and realized a good prediction accuracy of three-phase flowrate. This study shows that we can still efficientlly measure the total flowrate of oil/gas/water three-phase flow using the turbine flowrneter with a inflatable concentrating diverter.
