摘　　要：为完善张店油田龙1断块注采系统,提高储量动用程度,改善断块整体开发效果,设计开发了张3103井。提出了优化井口、利用地层自然规律造斜、减小钻井施工难度、不下技术套管的技术措施,采用大斜度多靶心定向井工艺技术,在钻井过程中使用螺杆复合钻进,优选参数,优化组合,确保了井身质量的要求。Well Zhang 3103 which has been designed to be drilled is to promote the injection-production pattern, raise the ratio of the production and reserve,and improve the whole development effect of the block. Because of putting forward to optimize wellhead assembly, to use natural-inclined formation to build inclination, to reduce drilling difficulties, not to use intermediate casing, to use the technologies of highly deviated multi-targets directional well and ＂PDC＋down-hole motor drilling＂ and bit and drilling parameters optimization, the hole quality is satisfied.
